To start the day well, in collaboration with the Caffetteria delle Alpi, we will say good morning to you with a rich, healthy and genuine buffet (fresh milk, tea, cappuccino, coffee, apple juice, yogurt, butter, assorted croissants, fresh homemade sweets and cakes, homemade bread, local jams, cold cuts, cheeses, hard-boiled eggs and fresh seasonal fruit).

Carefully prepared, using products from the Pinerolo area and local farms as much as possible, so that you can savour all the goodness of our land.

The buffet breakfast, and service, are available from 8 am to 10 am.

We ask guests with intolerances or celiac disease to report this at the time of booking so that we can make the best possible arrangements.
