Salei Bistrot

The Salei Bistrot is a bar/bistro/restaurant located in Ghigo di Prali, 50 metres from the Salei Hotel, right next to the Waldensian Temple.

We have an indoor dining room and a heated veranda overlooking the town square with seats for 58 guests. We are open every day in high season, while in low season we close on Tuesdays. We serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, aperitifs and dinner.

We offer home-cooked food prepared with the utmost care by selecting choice ingredients and making exclusive use of high-quality products. We seek fruits and vegetables in season and the finest products grown in our valleys.

At our place you can savour meat sourced from local suppliers, homemade pasta and gnocchi, typical mountain dishes and much more. Vegetarian dishes, seasonal vegetables, delicious homemade cakes, all accompanied by our quality coffee, organic fruit juices, craft beers, and a rich wine list from Pinerolo wineries.

In our simple but varied menus you will find a combination of regional tradition and the personal cooking experience of our staff, ranging from all over Italy and beyond.
